BTP supply a full range of bearings for most applications, from prestige manufacturers such as FAG, NTN-SNR and ABB DODGE. A wide range of stock being held within the branch network. BTP have worked extensively with ABB DODGE, and can offer a range of products with improved housings and seals, offering equivalents to other housed bearing manufacturers, helping customers extend bearing life and service intervals. Other brands can be sourced at competitive prices. Non standard reworking of bearings is available on request.
BTP Offer all types of drive and conveyor belting, pulleys and taper lock bushes, chains and sprockets, motors and gearboxes. We are supported by industry leading manufacturers such as Donghua, Megadyne and Pix. With these manufacturers BTP can offer full drive design, installation and maintenance programs.
From compressors to valves and actuators BTP can supply a wide range of pneumatic components. Air fittings, air prep, and tubing are some of the products stocked at all three branches. As a distributor for Camozzi BTP can offer a large UK based stock and a “Quick Build” facility for Pneumatic Cylinders, we can also offer a pneumatic panel design and build service through this partnership. Process valves, knife, gate, ball and wafer valves both manual and actuated operation can be produced to your needs from Camozzi’s fluid power centre.
BTP offer a full range of “back up” products for the above product range and the engineering industry. Sealing, cleaning and surface preparation products, lubricants, raw materials (steel stock, bronze and plastics),fasteners, tools and general engineering supplies.
BTP can offer a full machining service for products such as sprockets and pulleys. We can also offer turnkey solutions for production problems, facilitating of purchases, stores and stock management & engineering consultations. BTP have a 24 hour emergency out of hours service available to all customers. All of our manufacturing partners are willing and able to carry out site visits to specify products and solutions.
